KIDS NINJA 1 & 2
The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, interactive games, and exploration of core concepts and ideas in jiu-jitsu.
Ninjas 1: 3-5 yrs
Ninjas 2: 6-11 yrs

ADULT JU JITSU
Learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu, like self-defense, groundwork, body control, take-downs, and throws. Gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, self-confidence, and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.
Ages: 12 to adults

KICK BOXING PROGRAM
In addition to getting a full-on, total body workout, our kickboxing class doesn't skimp on teaching you techniques that have helped fighters dominate for decades.
Not only will you learn basic kickboxing, but also Western-style boxing skills and combinations.

We offer a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and Taekwondo. Each class is designed to cater to different skill levels and fitness goals.
No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide personalized guidance to help you progress at your own pace.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you're joining a martial arts class, we recommend wearing a clean, comfortable gi or workout attire. Protective gear will be provided for your safety.
